Rapid weight loss worked for me best

Many “experts” want you to believe that slow, gradual weight loss is easier to sustain than large, rapid weight loss.

What worked for me is opposite. I needed a solution that would provide the fewest calories possible while still providing all of the essential nutrients required by the body: protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.

I started to lose weight fast and fast results kept me motivated.  I got excited and wanted to stick with my method.  I had the incentive to keep going because  I saw the numbers on the scale going down every single day.

Clinical trials have found that people who jump-start their diets by dropping a lot of weight in the beginning had the best results in long-term studies.

  1. I know what it’s like to be overweight. I am frustrated and ready to give up. I need to craft a system for fast and permanent weight loss. How did you do it?

    1. I gave my body a good jump-start, the quick drop in weight that gave me a powerful mental boost. Fast results kept me motivated. When I saw the numbers on the scale going down every single day, I got excited and wanted to stick with my method. I follow the basic formula for weigh loss - I consume fewer calories than I burn. I eat plenty of low-calorie fresh vegetables (except corn and potatoes) and fresh low-sugar fruits with grilled chicken breast, lean turkey breast or fish. The combination of the fiber and the protein helped to keep me feeling full longer and assures that I don’t feel any hunger. There is more to it, but this is part of my method.

  3. I read on you site what you did to lose weight. If it works as you claim it does, it might be a solution for the obese and severely overweight that are looking for an extreme weight loss solution. I agree with you 100 per cent that the most important is to find a weight loss diet plan that works for you. I am still trying to figure out what will work for me. I don't know if I'm ready for your approach.

  4. I agree that rapid weight loss motivates you to keep losing. Why is it good to lose weight quickly? MOTIVATION. Losing a significant amount of weight quickly, motivates you to keep going. If you lost 5 pounds in the first week of your weight loss program, and 10 pounds by the second week…. wouldn’t that motivate you to keep losing. Let’s face it, losing weight is not easy, for some it feels nearly impossible. The best way to be successful in weight loss is to see results quickly. Research proves that you are more likely to stay on a weight loss program and be successful if you see immediate results.

  6. I agree about results motivating you. I lost half a stone in the first week of dieting, then a few pounds, then nothing! I was devastated! I then did not weigh myself for ages believing that I was not achieving my goals and couldn't bare to be disappointed, only to find when I did eventually weigh in I had lost another stone! Result!

    Enjoy the journey.

  7. I'd like to see quick results... Slow weight loss doesn't motivate me at all and I always end up just feeling even worse about myself.
