It is always
your choice. You can chose the type of foods you eat. And you can make some
better choices. Achieving weight loss does not require magic formulas or specially
purchased ingredients. It is focusing on what works versus what does not work.
If you are
serious about wanting to lose weight, then it is absolutely essential that you
provide your body with the best fuel possible. Your body knows how to lose
weight; it is just a matter of trying out approaches, observing your body’s responses,
and monitoring how you feel.
When you know what
works, then it is just a matter of commitment on following through each week on
your best actions, until they become second nature.
I know it's my choice, but following this kind of "choice" is not easy.
ReplyDeleteYup, we do have a choice! I choose to be fit and active because there's no excuse to be anything else. I was so unhappy and uncomfortable when I was overweight.
ReplyDeleteIt is true. having control over your own decisions is crucial for success in many areas of life and not just weight loss. In my own experience, I have found that my overall mood is far better when I know that I have consciously made the decision to live healthier, and stayed away from foods that are high in fat or generally unhealthy.
