It is doable


I want everybody who seems to be unable to lose weight know that weight loss is doable.  Losing weight is not as difficult as it’s understood to be by many individuals. You do have to put in some effort, but it does not have to be torture. It is an ongoing process of change and education. 


I am a living prove that significant results can be achieved without great deal of inconvenience, exercise and most importantly without being hungry.
This process has changed my life in more ways than you can possibly imagine. Two years ago, I was 261 pounds, my life was held down by fat and frustration. Today I am 170 pounds and appreciate my newfound fitness.

You CAN lose weight


Some things in life we can change; some things we can't. Our weight is definitely something we can change and control. Losing weight and keeping it off is never easy. But there are ways to make it easier, and that what this blog will be about.


Every day we make dozens of small choices that determine whether we will succeed in losing weight or continue to slowly gain. It is hard to force yourself to eat less. But it's possible to choose what you eat. If you can change what you eat and how you eat it you will be able to lose weight.

You CAN lose weight - but it's up to you to take the simple daily actions that will make losing weight a habit. The time to lose weight is now, and everything you need is right in your hands. Stop waiting for the right time to start losing weight; it never comes. Take advantage of the motivation you're feeling now and start now.
