Positive changes once a person experiences weight loss

There are a lot of positive changes once a person experiences weight loss. Having lost weight I have new level of energy. I lowered my cholesterol, and blood pressure. My blood pressure was lowered so much that I was able to discontinue blood pressure medication entirely. I was amazed a few changes could make.

  2. Sure, we all want to change. And yet, when we make these decisions we tend to wake up the next morning and not follow through... or follow through for one day or two, then quit.

  4. You have mentioned a lot of physical changes here but really the main ones I feel is inside of me. I am more willing to visit the outdoors, I feel better about myself and I am building up confidence. I find that very important also.
