I
ran NYC 2013 Half Marathon last Sunday. It was very cold but it was also a lot of
excitement.
Almost fifteen thousand runners from twenty-two different countries
participated in the race.
It was so inspiring to be there with thousands of
other runners.
Running South on Seventh Avenue and through Times Square with no
cars around will be a memory I will cherish forever.
It was indeed experience of a lifetime. I also participated in it. There was a mood of celebration. People were so enthusiastic that you cannot help but feel upbeat. This was the first time I participated in the NYC marathon and have planned to join next year also.

ReplyDeleteI watched the marathon on TV. I could not participate due to a leg injury. I missed the fun. I could feel the excitement on TV also. I will be there next year, I promise.
