I start my day off with a good breakfast. Breakfast helps me prevent hunger later on. It jump-starts my metabolism and sets my body in the optimal fat-burning state. The protein consumption (a slice of lean turkey), when eaten as part of the daily first meal reduces my appetite throughout the day. It is very important for me to stick with protein breakfast option. Initially it was a little challenging because proteins are usually not a part of typical "breakfast foods".

  1. Yes, I agree breakfast is of high importance if you want to start the day in a good way. I'm trying to never miss mine and if I do, I feel terrible afterwards. Your breakfast looks really good, I love everything on it! Thanks, I'll try this out!

  2. This sounds really good! It's always hard for me to find proteins for breakfast and tasty for me at the same time...and I face this challenge every morning! Many times I put on my bread piece of cheese, now I know to replace it with lean turkey and I'll add some fruits to my morning menu. Thank you for sharing your option:)
