  1. Really interesting article! I always thought that hard fast cardio was the best way to lose weight. It's interesting to learn that there are entirely different messages being relayed out there.

  2. It requires complete control to exercise and to eat properly. If either of those are left out, it will be extremely hard to stop the weight.

  3. Then there's the appetite factor. Exercise makes people hungry, and people often compensate for exercise by eating more. I've seen people at the gym scarf down "energy" drinks that contain the calorie equivalent of two days worth of workouts.
