Losing weight can be done without feeling hungry. Eating large amount of the right food is the key to success.

A diet which requires someone to be hungry all the time over the course of a life time is not going to work. 

It is hard to force yourself to eat less. But it's possible to choose what you eat.

The secret for reaching and staying at your proper weight is to eat whenever your feel hungry, but to eat only the foods that will not make you fat.

  2. I feel like I am always a little hungry when I am on diet. When it's difficult I try to think about summer and the new bikini. Just kidding, but imaging myself on the beach is what motivates me and helps dealing with hunger. As to no hunger diet, I don't believe that it's possible not to feel hunger when you eat less.

  3. My point is that weight-loss is connected to healthy eating and consciousness. You don`t have to starve yourself to lose weight. You just have to follow some of the eating principles you establish.
