How did you do this summer?


Summer is when people gain the most weight and get out of shape. How did you do this summer?

  1. In my case was the opposite thing, I loss about 10 pounds, the season when many of us gain weight is in winter, I don't konw why.

  2. Hi, I had a my first baby in May, and now I am in good weight because I kept eating vegetables and excercicing (lite excercices) but I am doing now aerobic excercice and eating good (most vegetables) I am in good weight.

  3. My summer went really well! I got out and active with the kids, fished commercially on the Yukon River, went berry picking, and a lot of hunting. In late summer I got pretty lazy, but I'm trying to get back on track. There's so much fair food and ways to relax in the summer- it's hard to stay motivated to get up and move!

  4. Summer is filled with possibility. You abandon your routine, set off for unfamiliar turf, and allow yourself to explore the world in a way that you usually don't. Done correctly, summer means trying something new for the first time.
