Just because you are struggling does NOT mean you are failing. Every great success requires some kind of struggle to get there. Don't blame yourself if you aren't perfect. Accept that you made a poor choice, but don't let that poor choice influence the rest of your plan.
I agree! Losing weight is a slow process, and we cannot lose hope, no matter how difficult and struggling the process can be. Thanks to your advices, losing weight is easier than ever, as it does not require extenuating exercises, just monitoring our diet.
ReplyDeleteThat is true, no one can lose weight in less a week (or month, sometimes), peerseverance is the key, maybe not all diets work for everyone, but you can find a diet, which you can stick and achieve the goal. Never give up, ven if you are having ahard time!

ReplyDeleteThe way I look at it is, if you are not struggling on the path to lose weight then you are not trying hard enough. It is meant to be hard to do. That is why so many people fail. It is a test by god and that is what you have to overcome.
